sophia's Signature portrait session
creating a portrait
Life, is art...
My style appeared and was honed over time by a client's emotion. As you view Sophia’s images, you will not only see, but also feel what I felt while looking in my camera's viewfinder too... ‘Ahh. This is Sophia.’
When I photograph your child's Signature portrait, they will also receive my curious eye, patience, and understanding as I begin to see their true selves emerge through their unique personality and emotion.
I believe that portraiture is art. I believe that our families are the true art in our lives. I believe that, Life, is Art. ™

the difference
of a signature portrait
A Signature Portrait Session is created to preserve who your child is at this fleeting threshold between childhood and adulthood. Before graduation caps and letters, before wedding gowns and tuxedos, before bringing new life into the world...
It is the first, and perhaps last time they will be photographed alone, standing tall with everything you've taught and given them since birth.
Years from now, these portraits become more than beautiful images. They become part of your family’s visual history. A reminder of who your child was before life carried them forward into adulthood.
connection
is the magic
Some arrive talkative and completely at ease. Others are quiet observers who need time before revealing themselves in front of the camera.
I’ve learned not to force expression or personality. My job is to notice. To gently observe the nuances each senior brings. To create an environment where your child feels comfortable enough to simply be themselves.
We will work together as a team, allowing trust, relaxation, joy, and communication to unfold naturally throughout the session. That is when I begin to truly feel who they are.
And that is when the magic happens.

through her mother's eyes
Somehow, in those quiet moments behind your lens, you capture the very essence of my children; their light, their laughter, and their unique spirit.
From Sophia's first tender moments as a baby to her senior portraits, you have documented her journey with perfection.
When I look at our collection of portraits, I don't
just see a moment frozen in time, I see my daughter full of life, beauty and infinite possibilities.
We are so deeply grateful for you, for your incredible talent add for so generously sharing your "superpowers" with our family.
